Eligibility for Using the Platform

The homeo.chat platform is intended exclusively for healthcare professionals with additional training in homeopathy. We reserve the right to request, at any time, supporting documents such as certificates of completion, professional licenses, or proof of enrollment in a training institution in the field.

Requested documents must be provided within 7 calendar days from our request. If documents are not provided within this time frame, we reserve the right to suspend access to the service without any obligation to refund amounts already paid. Any refund, full or partial, may be offered at the sole discretion of the platform operator.

Acceptable Use

It is forbidden to use the platform for unlawful activities, abusive testing, bulk extraction of content, unauthorized distribution of materials, or uploading patients’ personal data without a legal basis and without proper anonymization. You are responsible for maintaining patient confidentiality under the applicable laws.

Homeo Chat provides informational assistance intended for healthcare professionals. AI‑generated content does not replace clinical reasoning, professional guidelines, or the responsibility of medical decision making. You remain fully responsible for how you use the information in your practice.

Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period. You can cancel renewal at any time from your account, and access remains active until the end of the already paid period. If the subscription is cancelled or access is suspended for failure to meet eligibility conditions, refunds are not due, except when the operator decides otherwise at its discretion.

Intellectual Property

The materials, the interface, and content generated within the platform remain the property or under the license of their respective right holders. You do not acquire any rights over the source code or trademarks. You may use the content for your own professional use in accordance with these terms.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided as is, within the limits of technical availability. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee the absence of errors and we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, or interruptions caused by reasonable external factors.

Privacy Policy

Our goal is to provide authentic and valuable information for healthcare professionals through homeo.chat. Your conversations are processed by OpenAI servers in order to generate responses. On our server we store, in a secure manner, the title and the ID of your conversations so that you can access them in your history. We do not use your data to train AI models and we do not sell data to third parties.

Information We Collect

If you contact us directly, we receive data such as your name, email address, phone number, the content of your message, and any attachments you send. If you create an account, we request contact data such as name, email, profession, and country to provide the service. If you purchase a paid service, we also request billing data, such as name, tax ID or personal identification number, company name, address, email, and phone. Recurring subscription payments are processed automatically until you cancel them from your account.

Processors and International Transfers

Bioguru SRL acts as the data controller. We use processors for technical services: OpenAI for processing AI conversations, web hosting providers and transactional email services, and a payment processor for subscriptions. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we apply Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms that ensure an adequate level of protection.

Cookie Policy

We use only essential cookies required for the technical operation of the pages, authentication sessions, and language management. We do not use cookies for behavioral tracking or advertising. Disabling essential cookies may affect the platform’s functionality.

Log Files

homeo.chat uses log files for platform administration and technical analysis. Information collected may include IP address, browser type, internet service provider, date and time of access, referring or exit pages, and number of clicks. These data are not associated with personal identifiers and are used for system administration and security.

Additional Logs for the DEMO Version

The DEMO version, available without an account, may additionally record the IP address, date, and time of each test session, exclusively to prevent abuse and ensure proper functioning. These data are not correlated with other information and are not shared with third parties. They are deleted automatically within a maximum of 30 days.

Data Retention

• account data for the active lifetime of the account and up to 3 years after termination for record keeping and defense of rights
• billing data according to tax law, usually 5 to 10 years
• technical logs between 30 days and 12 months depending on security needs
• DEMO logs deleted within a maximum of 30 days
